Join us on an unforgettable adventure to the iconic slopes of Niseko.
Nestled on the northern island of Hokkaido, Niseko is one of the world’s most celebrated ski destinations, famous for its incredible powder, stunning views of Mount Yōtei and night skiing.
With four interconnected resorts and over 100 km of skiable terrain, Niseko offers something for every level, from perfectly groomed beginner runs to epic off-piste trails for the more adventurous.
We’ll be staying in Hirafu Village, a bustling, modern, international ski town at the heart of Niseko. With authentic world class dining, relaxing onsens and a lively après ski scene, Hirafu offers the ultimate base for experiencing everything Niseko has to offer.
So, let’s go on an Out of Office Collective ski trip to Japan!
Just minutes from the slopes, this 5-star luxury wellness hotel in the heart of Hirafu Village offers the perfect blend of refined design, modern comfort, and natural beauty, surrounded by stunning views of Mount Yōtei.
Inspired by Japanese minimalism, the interiors feature clean lines, warm wood, natural stone, and soft textures, creating a calming, sophisticated atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows in every suite invite the outdoors in, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, slopes and forests.
The hotel is home to six exceptional restaurants, ranging from sushi and tempura to Italian-Japanese fusion, all using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create unforgettable dining experiences.
After a day on the slopes, you can unwind in the expansive wellness area, complete with indoor and outdoor onsen baths, sauna, yoga studio, fitness centre, and private treatment rooms.
We’ll be staying in Three Bedroom Suites, each accommodating six people, with two guests sharing each bedroom (unless a solo room is requested).
Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and the suite includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a generous shared living room.
There are 2 room options: Shared and Solo.

Welcome to Niseko!
Once you’ve arrived, checked in and settled into your room, we’ll head over to the ski shop to get fitted for equipment and collect everything you need for the week. You’ll also be shown how to use the ski lockers for easy access each day.
In the evening, join us in the hotel for a relaxed welcome social to meet the rest of the group, followed by a group dinner in the hotel restaurant to kick things off.
Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, then make your way to the lifts for your first day of skiing in Niseko. For those booked into lessons, you’ll meet your instructors.
In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy lunch on the slopes, then after skiing, we’ll wind down with a gentle yoga session in the early evening, a perfect way to stretch out tired muscles.
If you’re not too tired, try night skiing, Niseko is one of the best places in the world for it.
After breakfast, it’s back to the slopes for another day of skiing or snowboarding. Lessons will continue for those booked in, and the rest of you are free to explore the mountain.
In the afternoon, we’ve arranged a fun snow tubing session - fly down the hills in inflatable tubes for a thrill of a different kind!
Return to the hotel to unwind in the onsen and sauna, and later, we’ll enjoy a cosy dinner together in the hotel restaurant.
Fuel up at breakfast before heading out for a full day of free skiing. This is your time to explore the different resorts at your own pace. Enjoy the terrain parks, or revisit your favourite runs.
We’ll have lunch on the mountain, then afternoon is yours to spend how you like: more skiing, snowboarding, or trying additional activities like snowmobiling and ziplining.
In the evening, you’ll have another opportunity for night skiing, followed by a well-earned soak in the onsen and sauna.
Enjoy your last full day on the slopes with another free ski session after breakfast. Whether you want to challenge yourself, take it easy, or simply soak up the views, it’s your day to make the most of.
The afternoon is again open for you to try out anything you’ve missed or simply enjoy the spa one last time.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a special omakase dinner experience to celebrate the final night together.
Join us for a final breakfast before returning your ski equipment and checking out.
You’ll have a bit of free time to relax, do some last-minute shopping, or take in the views one last time.
Our group transfer departs at 2:00 PM, so make sure to be ready and packed in time.
See you on the next adventure!
